Hi Traci,

I found an email from Elena that was dated 10/2/2023 which I think addresses your question:


And, the parameter to turn off those patron notices is found in Configuration | User Management | Other Settings

In that mapping table, go to # 30 show_profile_in_user_notes - set that to false.


Once she made the change, we haven't seen this note appear. The notes that were in student records were manually removed.

I know we talked about this in the past. Was there ever a solution to this problem? I have a student that has 3 of them in the notes section in her Alma account.
