Hi Amy,

Can you look up the portfolio by the Title PID if you plug in the service id from the url? Not sure if they're the same thing, but it's worth a try.  Looking at your activated portfolios for that journal may also give you some clues. If you figure out which one it is you can just deactivate and delete that one.

We have a stray “database” showing up I the View It section of a Primo journal record<https://sbctc-olympic.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/permalink/01STATEWA_OLYMPIC/sb4u1a/alma99192965002816>, called “view full text” that goes nowhere.   See screenshot below.  When an article result in Primo has a date after 2007 which is the last year that the other databases provide full text, it will only display the bum link to users.  Any idea where it’s coming from or how to get rid of it?
