[Wactclc-alma] Saved items/searches in Primo M.I.A!

Hello,

One of our adjunct librarians came to me with an issue she found. She came back last week and found that all of her saved items and searches in Primo have been erased. There were some searches she saved for classes as well as some books for personal and professional interests. I'm not Primo certified yet, so I don't know much about the back side of it. Is user data cleared every so often? She had been creating the list of things over several years and used them to create videos for classes. Any insight would be very much appreciated!
