[Wactclc-alma] Issue with the Proquest/Ex Libris support portal - can't read comments?

PS - Did want to mention, when I ADD a new comment, I get an email receipt
for it, so it's definitely getting added to the ticket. It's just odd that
I can't seem to expand any of them.
