Yes, sounds like an ezproxy issue, if it's working off campus but not on campus.

Likely that whatever server this is: https://login.ezproxy.btc.edu/

Is not being resolved correctly on campus, because of DNS issues.

Should be easy to confirm by just clicking the link above and seeing if it resolves.

I would check it on the same connection you're seeing your issues.

It might depend on what campus IP address or subnet you're working from.

Hi Traci,

I don't have the solution, but it looks like the 404 is coming from your EzProxy server. Your off campus testing may be giving a false positive for users that have already been logged in, or for some other reason are skipping over the proxy server.

I just checked some databases from your AZ List, and getting EzProxy errors on them too.

We are getting a 404 error when trying to access articles from our EBSCO databases in Primo on campus. We are able to access the articles via Primo remotely and directly in EBSCO databases. Here is an example with permalink:
