[Wactclc-alma] [EXTERNAL] - user locked out of Alma

The user says they have reset their network password, but they are still locked out. We're still investigating.

I know at our campus some services let you still use your expired password (Office 365, Canvas) but others do not (EZproxy!).  So usually resetting the campus password does the trick. Keep us posted!

Hi All-



We've got a staff user who has been locked out of his external Alma account since Friday. He can log in to his other college stuff just fine.

Currently he's using his internal Alma account. I suggested he try changing his password and clearing his browser history, but I don't really know what to do. Suggestions?
