Hi Julie,

I am not having that issue at Olympic but I can replicate your issue on your website however.

I was looking at your widget code as best I can see it using “Inspect element” in Chrome, and I see something in our code that you don’t have.  When I change your code temporarily in the browser, your search box works!

Here are our two widget codes, below. Olympic on top and Edmonds on bottom. Yours is similar, although the elements are in different order, but where you have target=”_blank” we have target=”_self”

Try editing your widget code to change that one word (from “blank” to “self”) to see if that does the trick.

If that works I can explain in more detail why it worked… 😊

Hi All,

We are experiencing a strange issue with our OneSearch box on our library website not working unless we click on the search button. If we hit the enter key it comes up with an error message and times out. This issue also is only seen when using a Chrome browser. The enter button works fine when in the actual Primo search page too. Has anyone else experienced this same issue and might know how to fix it?
