[Wactclc-alma] Anyone available for a quick collaboration on Alma calendar management and bulk due date updates?

Hi Dan,

This sounds silly, but is your new due date 2021 or 2022?  I had a similar error message because I entered my old due date as 12/16/22 which is in the future.

Hey all,

We have a few hundred loans we want to update using the bulk update tool. We got it to work once, but, when we changed our hours to account for an earlier closing time for the next quarter, the job now fails with the following error: "Failed to change due date since calculated new due date is in the past. (This may be due to patron expiration or closed library adjustment.)"

Is anyone available this morning for a quick call to discuss this?
