I'll add another question to Colleen's:  Is there a way to suspend a hold, or activate a hold at a later date?

Hi,

We have been trying to figure out how to manage the holds/request queue in ALMA. I have read a lot on the Exlibris Support page, but I can not find the information we're looking for.

Is it possible to change a patron's position in the queue?

Is there a way to print the expiry date of the hold on the hold slip?
