[Wactclc-alma] The Seattle Times Mystery

I have a puzzle that I can't figure out. I'm hoping you can help me out and wondering if this is happening to you, too?

In Primo, The Seattle Times record<https://sbctc-spsccctc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/permalink/01STATEWA_SPSCC/1agrhko/alma991000840408402823> is listed as a book and tells me that the record is from the Library Catalog. Because the record seems to be a book record, The Seattle Times does not show up in the A-Z Journals list<https://sbctc-spsccctc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/jsearch?query=any,contains,seattle&tab=jsearch_slot&vid=01STATEWA_SPSCC:SPSCC&offset=0&journals=any,seattle>.

In Alma, the portfolio record in the EBSCOhost Points of View Reference Center electronic collection tells me that the electronic material type for the record is "journal."

All I did when I activated the electronic collection was press the Activate button, so how did the record convert from journal to book? My end goal is to have The Seattle Times show up in the A-Z Journals list.
