[Wactclc-alma] ILL (Alma) Form Submission - Permissions

I wonder, when the student logs into Primo, are they actually getting authenticated all the way? That is, after they authenticate to Primo, do they see their account info under 'My account', or are they actually still in a guest in Primo. If so, then authentication is the problem.

If you send me privately the Primary ID of the student having the problem, I can have a look.

Though, I won't be able to tell whether they're actually getting authenticated in Primo.

If they aren't getting authenticate in Primo successfully, then the issue would be with the student's account and campus authentication. Something like the ID # in Ama not matching the ID # in the campus system.

In this new case, the student is active (1/04/2022 expiration) with no blocks.  Just checked another student in the same user group and was able to use the form.

Any chance the failing user accounts in Alma are expired or have blocks on them?

Hi All,
If any of you are using the ALMA ILL form, are you having issues with user permissions? I thought I had it fixed, but users keep popping up with error messages saying that they may not have "permission" to access the form.  However, there are others in the same user group that have access (I've tested).

I cannot for the life of me figure out where that permission lives.  Any ideas?
