[Wactclc-alma] Primo CDI Access Issue

Curious and curiouser.

So, I updated the GIC:College electronic collection as Hannah advised,
but I'm still only seeing the "View record in Gale (Subscribers only)"
access link in the "View It" section.
As I recall, activations are pretty immediate to update.  Should I wait
another 48 hours just in case?
