This message was stuck in the listserv queue for some reason (I saw it stuck in the pending queue so approved its release). Apologies for that, as the message did show up on the list last week (maybe it got resent)

Anyway, the answer to this one is to play with display density in the UI preferences in your Alma personal settings, which can be found under the head silhouette in the top menu bar in Alma.

Nadine,

Whether or not you can see the frame with the patron info depends entirely on how you've sized the text in your browser window.  It's not an Alma configuration thing, it's a "responsive website design" thing.

I didn't know what was going on either until a colleague told me I needed to hold down the control key and use the scroll wheel on my mouse to resize the text in my browser window.  Holding down the Control key and tapping the plus (+) key or the minus (-) key does the same thing if you don't have a mouse with a scroll wheel.

In your case, hold down the Control key and keep tapping the minus button until you can finally see the patron info.

Hi,
How can I change the VIEW of the Patron Services Page back to the "old" view.  It used to be the patron name, ID, etc, on a top of the page. And it is the same for me and for other staff except one of our staff member. When she pulls the student record she has their name, ID, etc on a right side. When she zoom in the page, the student info goes away completely.  I checked all setting I can: Alma setting, browser setting, we tried to use different browsers,  cleaned the cookies. But I still can't find where I can change it. I am attaching here the pictures of two screens. The first one is how my circstaff member see it (all info on a right side), and the second picture is how everyone else seeing it (all info on a top). Any thought how I can change it? Thank you!
