In case anyone else runs into this…

It sounds like the issue with me not receiving an email to reset my support password was that between my ProQuest admin account and my Ex Libris Salesforce account, they had two different email addresses listed (aherman at olympic.edu<mailto:aherman at olympic.edu> and aherman at oc.ctc.edu<mailto:aherman at oc.ctc.edu>) and so it defaulted to not activating either one.

After support correctly guessed which one I would want activated, I am now in…

Has anyone else been unsuccessful resetting your ProQuest/EL support portal password?  I am having the issue that others have been reporting out on Alma-L, that they never receive a reset email, after requesting the password reset…

I’ve tried three times over the last two days, and also sent a message to ProQuest support email, which has yet to be answered.
