Did anyone respond to this?  I’d be curious to know about this since we’re going to be activating our patron welcome letter soon.  We’re finalizing wording.

Hi everyone,

I'm getting several replies to our Patron Welcome Letter from expired patrons and individuals claiming to have never registered at our college. My understanding of the Patron Welcome Letter is that it goes out to every new, unique record detected in the patron load. Any reason these invalid email accounts would be receiving it?
