[Wactclc-alma] Analytics Reports Question

Reminder for all, these are good types of questions to keep on our lists.

To manage which Reports are available, and to whom, you can use Analytics / Analytics Objects List

Scheduling and Subscribing to Alma Analytics Reports - Ex Libris Knowledge Center (exlibrisgroup.com)<https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/080Analytics/040Scheduling>

If you want to remove a dashboard from view for everyone, delete the corresponding row from that table.

If you want to change who can see a particular dashboard, edit the row for that dashboard, and change the roles allowed to see a dashboard.

If you want everyone to be able to see a particular dashboard, just add the 'patron' role to the dashboard.

The reports appearing with (Ex Libris) in the name are all of the new out-of-the-box reports that ExLibris had indicated were coming.



It's probably worth browsing through them. There may be some good stuff in there.

New Dashboards Added to Alma Analytics

The following new dashboards were added to Alma Analytics. For each dashboard, a new analytics object of type Dashboard was added. The dashboards are now available as links from the Analytics menu in Alma according to specific roles that you can configure:

Hi Wade,



I was wondering if you could help me with this question. I was going to create an analysis in Analytics, and when I went to the Analytics menu, I noticed that the links to reports have been growing. I highly doubt that anyone is creating them. Do you have any idea why this may be happening?
