[Wactclc-alma] Bellevue unable to access Alma

Morning,

We are getting a "user not authorized" message when trying to access Alma. Primo seems to be working with the exception of logging in to place a hold. Have others noticed this?
I know there was maintenance on Sunday to NA02, but the website says that it is again working.
