[Wactclc-alma] Patron loads not modifying records

Hi everyone,

Since our migration to CTCLink our patron loads haven't been updating every
Alma record. After confirming enrollment statuses I'm discovering several
hundred records as being erroneously expired. I've confirmed there are no
duplicate records. I've reached out to our IT to identify the issue. Anyone
else having this issue?
