Maybe you could just use the Physical Item Usage for Weeding Report. It could probably be edited to display if there are multiple holding at your location or in storage (if you have a storage location). I have put a screenshot below to show you what fields is covered in this report. I had it set to display items that have not circulated in 5 years or more. There is a good webinar that discuss this topic during the Knowledge Days event. I believe it was called Using ALMA Analytics for Overlap and Deselection.

Hope this helps.

Good ideas, Naoko. Building on that, for what you want to do, I’d recommend using the Physical Items subject area, so you can get loan counts as well.
Here’s an example of a simple analysis that will generate useful info.
You may also what to add item call number, for weeding convenience.
But, if you add call number, you will get multiple rows per title for those with multiple items, because the call numbers for each item will be different.

Hi Greg,
In your current report, how about adding Physical Item Details>Num of Items (In Repository) and filter by "is greater than 1"? You could also add Location>Location Name to see if multiple copies are in different locations.

Hey all,
For the Analytics gurus on the list, I’m curious if anyone is aware of a way to pull a report that displays a list of titles that have more than 1 copy. Titles could multiple editions—just looking for anything that has the same name. It would be great to have a list of every single title without every copy (to reduce the size of the spreadsheet), but if that’s not possible that’s okay.
Some context: we’re doing our annual weeding soon, and want to start our review with potentially removing extraneous copies of books, rather than all instances of a particular title. Our current weeding review list (attached), while not huge, would require a bunch of manual deletion within the spreadsheet to see those multi-copy titles, and if we start to create larger reports, I don’t want to have to rely on said manual deletion.
Thanks!
Greg
