To your earlier question about the duplicate user groups.

The problem was as I expected, there were a number of user group codes using the same user group descriptions, so hard to tell them apart.

I went in and changed the descriptions on the groups that don't appear to be used to 'Library Use Only' for now. We'll probably want to just delete those user groups eventually, but we need to check whether they are actually needed for something first.

So, the only Staff, Student, Faculty user groups you'll see in Fulfillment Rule set up now are the valid ones. The others will be listed as 'Library Use Only'.
