[Wactclc-alma] temporary item creation rules

Where is the request originating? From the native request form in Primo, possibly originating from a PubMed search? Or are you creating a request manually in Alma?

When using the native request form, there should be an option to select citation type (article, journal, book).

For citations coming from PubMed, the citation type should be in the metadata sent over to Primo.

Manually creating a resource sharing borrowing request in Alma should also allow you to set the citation type.

Hi All,

I'm testing the Alma workflow for the resource sharing request form, but all the temporary items Alma is generating for requests are books. I'm guessing that this can be changed by setting up temporary item creation rules, and I've found where to do that, but it's not clear what to enter to get the desired results.
Am I on the right track and has anyone else set these up?
