[Wactclc-alma] Side-by-Side comparison of local to WorldCat records in new UI for mdeditor

For those who have been disappointed in the inability to do side-by-side comparisons of local Alma records to WorldCat records, this issue will be addressed in the January 2021 Alma release, coming on Jan 10.
