[Wactclc-alma] [EXTERNAL] - Change Due Date of Lost Item?

I think once a book is "lost" you can't just change the due date back to an earlier date.  But I'm not sure what you'd need to do to accomplish what you need to do!

Hi all,

Pierce College has been doing a lot of Alma gymnastics while trying to accommodate both ctcLink and COVID issues! One of the changes we made inadvertently extended the due date of for some students who were in Alma as Staff. They now have items due in December even though they were actually due in June and Alma has marked them as "lost."

We want to move their due date back to the end of this quarter (8/20), but we get an error every time we try that in Fulfillment: "Due date of 1 out of 1 loan/s failed to be changed".

Any ideas?
