[Wactclc-alma] Patron Role Expired

Check to see if there is an expiration date on the patron role for that particular user.

You can set an expiration date on each particular role, though it isn't often used.

Someone might have typed something in there by mistake.

We experienced a new one today! When we went to checkout an item to a patron, this popped-up:

However, the student had the role of Patron and all of the correct expiration and purge dates. The knowledge article I found (linked above) suggests running the Update/Notify Users job. However, we've checked out hundreds of items this week, and this is the only time we've seen that pop-up.

Has anyone else seen it? Should I just pretend it didn't happen?
