[Wactclc-alma] Too many results in Alma report!

I think the location name filter was the problem. With the operator defined
as "is not equal to" I had left a few options unselected because I
neglected to scroll to the bottom of the list. After selecting the options
accurately I'm back to "no results" which makes much more sense than the
25,000+ results.
