[Wactclc-alma] Too many results in Alma report!

Heh. Thanks for correcting the misspelling. :)

You've included the location "Magazine Collection" as one of your search criteria.  I'm guessing that titles in your Magazine Collection have lots and lots of item records. That may be part of why you're getting so many results. Maybe?

What happens if you change the Location Name filter from "contains any" to "is equal to/is in"?

You're trying to do this in Alma Analytics, right?  What "subject area" did you select when you created the report? Can you take a screenshot of the Criteria Tab for your report and post it?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to run a report that shows which items from a list of ISBNs are currently held in our collection. The list contains 419 ISBNs but when I run the report it yields 25,000+ results! I have confirmed the report is structured correctly and that the ISBNs are separated with semicolons. Any thoughts?
