[Wactclc-alma] Collection Discovery - items added to collection but not appearing in Primo

Dan,

I still don’t see your collection members in PVE.

I suspect that removing and re-adding them might resolve the issue.

But instead, do you want to open an SF case on this one? Would be useful to get an answer from ExL on why this happened (or happens).

When I’ve added or deleted items to a particular collection there is definitely a lag, but it generally impacts the entire Collection Discovery page. For instance, when in Primo and navigating to the Collection Discovery page none of my collections will appear, almost as though the page were still loading. It’s never taken more than 10 minutes to fully appear though.

Hopefully you get it resolved today!

Dan,

We saw something similar a couple of weeks ago with a collection at Olympic.

There may be some delay in additions to a collection being visible in PVE.

At least, with the Olympic collection, that seemed to be the case.

I made a small change in the Olympic collection at the time, just to see if I could kick-start the visibility in Primo. At the time, I thought that had an effect. But I just tried the same with your collection, and didn’t get the same outcome.

So, let’s see if your collection members appear in your collection in PVE in just a bit.

Hi Dan,

Can you screen shot the Collection Resource Editor >Title List page?
I double checked that my collection items were showing up, just in case of some sort of system-wide glitch, but ours are fine.

Hey all,

I've created a collection that isn't suppressed and I added a bunch of titles that also aren't suppressed. The collection appears fine ( https://sbctc-edcc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/collectionDiscovery?vid=01STATEWA_EDCC:EDMONDS) but no items are appearing.

Anyone have any idea what might be going on?
