[Wactclc-alma] Itemized User Set

I'm creating a user set (itemized) which I've done successfully several times.
Sets require certain headers to be used specific to the set type, and user sets have always allowed PRIMARYIDENTIFIER to  be a header.
Repeatedly since yesterday however I am getting an error message telling me that only certain header types are applicable, and they are not User headers.  For example, they are BARCODE, USERNAME, INST_ID, TWITTER.
I've tried a dozen times, and looked for the answer in help files.
Any ideas?
