[Wactclc-alma] Renewal of overdues blocked

Our students are allowed one renewal for books for a maximum loan period of 28 days.  In the past we have been able to renew overdue books, but this month overdue books cannot be renewed even though they have not been renewed previously.  I've examined everything I can think of to figure out what has happened.  Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can fix it?
