[Wactclc-alma] Loan receipt letters inconsistently going out

Hi Wade,

I can answer for Dan since I was the one who received the loan receipts
while others were not.  My email is set to the @email.edcc.edu. The
receipts were from testing this morning and I am pretty sure that I clicked
the "Done" button after checking items out to myself.
