[Wactclc-alma] [EXT] Loan receipt letters inconsistently going out

...well, that was obviously what wasn't being done. Just tested and, sure
enough, clicking "Done" sent the email...

Has it always been this way? Have I never noticed this before? If you circ
and item and instead of clicking "Done" use the menu to go back to Patron
Services, Alma doesn't send an email.
