[Wactclc-alma] Purging users

Hey Stephanie,

We did a user purge a few weeks ago. The terminology of the process is far
too bleak - you aren't at risk of deleting your entire users table. As I
recall, when setting up the job you can only configure a few things such as
what type of user record to purge and the number of days after purge date.
That secondary value is helpful because the job will only ever consider
users whose purge date is either today or in the past. That number adds a
safe margin to that date itself, e.g. if I expired yesterday but the job
was run with a value of 120 there, my user record will be safe.
