Yup. Look for a field called Lifecycle, Holdings Lifecycle, or Bibliographic Lifecycle (depending on whether you want to filter out deleted items, holdings, or titles).

Set the filter for "is not equal to/is not in" Deleted

You can also hide the Lifecycle column so you don't have to look at it in your results.

In the Criteria tab of your report, click on the Lifecycle column
Select Column Properties
Select the Column Format tab
Click the tiny little "Hide" box at the top corner of the pop-up box
Click the OK button

It will be ok!

Hi Greg:
There is a way, for an item, you can choose the field whick if I remember correctly is called "lifecycle" and that's where you can choose, through filters, if it's active or deleted.

Subject: [EXTERNAL*]-[Wactclc-alma] Alma Analytics Q--Filtering Out Withdrawn/"Deleted" Records

Hey all,

I imagine that Kirsti or someone else has posted this here before, so apologies for asking again-

In Alma Analytics, is there a data field that tells whether an item has been withdrawn/"deleted"?

We have been doing some catalog record improvements based on certain criteria, and are finding we have to navigate through a wasteland of items we've weeded, but don't know that until we look up the item a second time in Alma. It's quite frustrating.

Thanks,

Greg
