Hi Greg:

There is a way, for an item, you can choose the field whick if I remember correctly is called "lifecycle" and that's where you can choose, through filters, if it's active or deleted.

Subject: [EXTERNAL*]-[Wactclc-alma] Alma Analytics Q--Filtering Out Withdrawn/"Deleted" Records

Hey all,

I imagine that Kirsti or someone else has posted this here before, so apologies for asking again—

In Alma Analytics, is there a data field that tells whether an item has been withdrawn/”deleted”?

We have been doing some catalog record improvements based on certain criteria, and are finding we have to navigate through a wasteland of items we’ve weeded, but don’t know that until we look up the item a second time in Alma. It’s quite frustrating.

Thanks,

Greg
