[Wactclc-alma] Connection Errors

5 or 10 minutes. Yes, we've seen it with both internal and external, but only at Fort Steilacoom.

We're wondering if this is a new iteration of the "0, error" we kept getting, but was theoretically fixed in the July release.

Do you have a sense for how long sessions generally last before the error occurs?

I will try staying logged in to your Alma instance from here (ie, off campus), to see if I can duplicate the error.

And I will try with both internal and external credentials.

Hi all,

We've had persistent connection errors at one of our campuses for the last week. Has anyone else seen this message?

We are seeing it on multiple machines, in different browsers, and with different logins.

It seems to be happening about a dozen times a day.

I've opened a ticket with Ex Libris, but no luck yet.
