Amy,

If you export the ISSNs from the CZ collection to an Excel spreadsheet, you can do a 'selected titles' comparison to get what you need:

https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/040Resource_Management/070Advanced_Tools/010Overlap_Analysis#Performing_Overlap_and_Collection_Analysis_for_Selected_Titles

To get a list of the ISSNs, go to the community zone collection, select portfolio list, and do an extended export.

If you get stuck, just post back...

Subject: [Wactclc-alma] overlap analysis question

I never put our Newsbank trial content in Alma/Primo. I am now trying to run a collection overlap analysis so that I can compare our newspaper collections in our Institution Zone to Newsbank in the Community Zone. I am able to successfully compare them to see how many unique titles are in our current Institution Zone collections. But I can't see a way to reverse it. It won't let me see what unique content is in Newsbank in the CZ, compared to the newspaper collections in our Institution Zone. Is that by design or am I missing something?
