[Wactclc-alma] Change Missing to Lost and Paid

Thanks Wade.  That works great.  Now the loan gets deleted after the person's paid for it instead of having to do that extra step after someone's paid.

To enable the new 'lost and paid' status, go to Admin / Fulfillment / Other Settings, and set

and set the close_paid_lost_loan setting to true.

Tammy:

I don't think there is a way to run a job and flip items to 'lost and paid'.

To close those loans, I beleive you could use analytics to identify lost loans that have been paid, and then run that set through the 'close lost loans' job.

I'd be interested in learning what needs to be done to set up the lost and paid status too.  So far I haven't been able to see it come up on our Alma either.  I'm going to assume there's a setting somewhere in config that allows for this to show up, where I haven't had a chance to discover yet.

Hi, all,

Now that Alma has a way to indicate an item is lost and paid for, instead of missing, I want to change an item from missing to lost and paid.  It's a laptop that was stolen when a student's car was stolen.  I've tried running the Information Update job which allows you to change status from Item in Place to Missing and vice versa but Lost and Paid is not an option.  Do any of you have any other ideas on how to change the status on this item?
