[Wactclc-alma] Information Update- change physical items job

Hello, all!

I've added a "statistics note 2" field with 2 possible entries. I created a set of the titles and I ran the "change physical items" job to bulk change the field. However, in that job under the Statistics note fields, I don't get a drop down option menu. I manually typed in the entry I wanted, thinking that would work. Nope- instead I get the typed phrase with a (not listed) after it.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
