Thanks George!  I forgot to mention that I tried that too, but the number of loans was definitely not accurate.  I’m going into a meeting now but I will try to copy your report and run it here in case I did something else wrong in mine.  Thanks!

Add the filter for "In House Use Indicator" = No from Loan Details.  Here's what ours looks like...
