[Wactclc-alma] Web Browser or Alma problem?

I think that's just bad website design on ExL's part. That footer is so
annoying. I've always just switched browsers and resumed from there.

I've heard (but I don't know how true this is) that using the browser's
back button instead of using back nav within Alma can cause this.
