Elena just reminded me about the Primo Central Index. Does that count at content? These are sources we would not otherwise have access to.

Resending this message to the current govcomm list.

Apologies to Deb, Mindy, Vivienne, since I sent the message to the original govcomm circulation list. But feel free to respond if you feel like you know the definitive answer :)

Subject: Ex Libris licensing subject to sales tax?

Just FYI, Ex Libris has been contacting those schools with direct contacts for Primo, regarding tax exempt status.

Institutions are now contacting me regarding whether their Primo contracts are tax exempt.

>From my reading of the SBCTC Fiscal Policies, I would say that the Ex Libris contracts are not tax exempt.

But I am not an authority on this question.

Do you all have any thoughts?
