[Wactclc-alma] [External] RE: purging letters/attachments

Hi Amy,

At Edmonds or Letters Purge with Retention job is activated.  I don't know
if it was migrated as active?  Or by enabling items in the Letter Retention
table triggered the job to become active?  But I am pretty sure we did not
request it to be activated.

Your initial screen shot shows that the next scheduled run of the Letters
Purge with Retention is tonight at 20:45.  Maybe check back on Monday and
see if anything happened???
