[Wactclc-alma] purging letters/attachments

Hi Amy,

I think that the User=No just means that you cannot control how often the
job runs.  The job runs weekly and you cannot make it run nightly.

Dale set retention periods and then enabled the letters to be purged here
at Edmonds and it seems to be working.  As long as you have enabled the
Letter Retention table, then I think you should be deleting the attachments
in patron records.
