Subject: [Wactclc-alma] purging letters/attachments

I've been working on purging some letters/attachments after a certain number of days.  I've enabled and edited the retention periods for those letters, and am finally ready to allow some letters/attachments to actually be purged.  However when I go to Monitor Jobs, the "Letters purge with retention" job is not active and there is no way to activate it:

And according to the Alma documentation, this is NOT something that I am allowed to change:

So do I need to open a Salesforce Case to activate that job?  Or am I missing something somewhere?
