Following up on a discussion from the Tuesday call...

I've uploaded a copy of the installation files for the WLN-OCLC converter program here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BGfS0Hl81E3QZn9U7ZwhvyJxlNodi00N/view?usp=sharing

Here are the instructions that OCLC used to have for it:

Once unzipped, the file is approximately 69 megabytes and you will need enough hard drive space to accommodate it.
. Click on the download link below to download a zipped file named convert.exe to a directory that you specify.
. When the download is complete, open Windows Explorer, and find the convert.exe file just downloaded.
. Double-click on it to unzip it.
. Unzipping this file will create four new files: oclc.dat, rid.dat, and wln.dat (all dated 07/19/2000) and wlnoclc.exe (dated 07/25/2000).

To use the converter, do the following:
	1. Open the WLN/OCLC converter window by double clicking on wlnoclc.exe.
	2. Click on one of the three radio buttons labeled with the control number sources: WLN 001, WLN 035, and OCLC 001.
	3. Type or copy/paste the control number from another source and press the Convert button.
	4. After the Match Results display, shift to the primary window (i.e., local system, OCLC, or WLN) and paste the system copied result into a search argument or another application.

Note: OCLC doesn't provide or support this program anymore. They recommend that if you still have WLN bib records without corresponding OCLC numbers in your local system, you contact them about doing a reclamation project.
