[Wactclc-alma] changes showing up in Primo

Elena,

I see both of these records in Alma, and in Primo:

Best plays of 1928-29, MMSID: 991000552268902822

Best plays of 1929-30, MMSID: 991000552268802822

(You can search primo for: Best plays of 192* to see the titles in the same search.)

The items for both of them are visible in Primo, if you click on the title record (at least on my end).
It's just that in the brief search results, one says "available" and one says "check holdings".

Off the top of my head, I'm not sure why that might be. Did you just add a new item to the 1928-29 record today, maybe?

Paula is correct.



Changes to item location will appear right away.



(Things like item status and location are collected by Primo from Alma in real time, at the time of the search.)



If you're not seeing a change to a location, make sure you're looking at the correct item, and remember that if a location has an external name assigned in Alma, that's the name that will show up in Primo.

Hi all:



I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I can't remember what things show up in real time in Primo and what things take 24 hours. If I add a temporary location to an item, shouldn't that show up as soon as I make the change? Or, is that one of the things that takes 24 hours to appear?
