[Wactclc-alma] How do you get reserve materials to not be requestable?

So basically we have to have it non-requestable even though we have some reserves that are requestable?  How do we distinguish between the two?  I'm assuming we just remove the 2 hour and 4 hour reserve values from the list below and then it should be fixed?

I'll go in and take a look.

Thanks for helping figure this out.  There are so many different places to track things and set things up that it's really confusing.

I believe, at least in Skagit's case, that the following KB Article leads to the solution.

In a nutshell:  Check the Request rule for the fulfillment unit.

Hi,

I received two resource request slips today for library use only reserves.  These are supposed to be not requestable.

When I looked at the TOUs I see that we have a request TOU in there that says the 2/4 reserves are not requestable.  Yet, when I log into Primo to test it, it shows that I can request it.

Does it take until the next Alma/Primo update between the systems for this change to take affect?  What am I missing in terms of trying to make the reserve materials that are library use only non-requestable?
