[Wactclc-alma] Credit in Fines and Fees

Hi everyone,

Has anyone ended up with a credit in a patron's account?

This is our first experience, and I'm trying to Waive it, but we get the message "Selected fine/fee is not waivable." Alma says I should be able to make credits waivable: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Knowledge_Articles/Waiving_a_credit. However, my change won't stick... perhaps because of the VAT Percentage?

Any ideas?
