I think the answer is no. I would create a new po line using the private template, then do “save as template” and it will let you check public or private. It’s making a copy, essentially.

p.s. Then I cancel the PO line. There is probably a more efficient way to do this.

Is there a way to change a POL template from private to public?  Or do I have to make a new one?
