Shellie,

I see how I can control the fields in the .xsl, but not the vertical spacing.  Is that done with the cellpadding?  If I changed the cellpadding=5 to cellpadding=4 in the address section, would that make the lines closer together?

How do I control the space between the name of the letter and where the senderReceive.xsl is called and inserted?  I need the address to start about one line lower.  I looked at ../xsl/letters/call_template/style.xsl, ../xsl/letters/call_template/header.xsl, and ../xsl/letters/FulUserOverdueNoticeLetter.xsl.  The only idea I can see is maybe adding another table row after the logo in the header.xsl file.

In the meantime, I am having my staff fold the letters differently and that is working.

Tammy,

The address area of the notices is controlled by the senderReceiver.xsl file.  (This is true for letters that call the senderReceive.xsl, it's possible for letters not to call this file)

This file can be edited.  Find it under Customize Letters in the General configuration menu.

Let us know if you need assistance with the editing.

Because not all of our patrons have email addresses, we print out and mail all of our overdue notices, etc., and mail them in window envelopes.  The other day the spacing in the letter addresses changed from some reason and now the addresses don't fit without manually adjusting them before printing.  The address now starts a bit higher and there is more space between lines.  Why would this happen and how can I fix it?
